In 1992, the Labour Court did not find in favour of a worker who said Magee And Company Limited treated her unfairly over her voluntary redundancy application. The recommendation was signed on 25 November 1992. The Court said the sequence of events did not support her claim of unfair or unequal treatment. It suggested the company reconsider an ex-gratia concession, taking account of her long service and circumstances when she resigned.
