The Labour Court did not recommend that P.C. Electrical concede a worker’s compensation claim over his alleged unfair dismissal. The recommendation was dated 26 June 1991. The worker said contract work remained available and another electrician was still employed. P.C. Electrical said he had been offered temporary work through Christmas, asked to finish immediately and declined a later offer of work. The Court found insufficient grounds to recommend compensation.
