In 1991, the Labour Court did not accept B & I Line P.L.C.’s request to find that it had implemented an earlier recommendation on time charter vessels. The Court recommended that B & I Line P.L.C. and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union meet immediately to resolve salary anomalies, particularly those concerning the M.V. Bison. An Industrial Relations Officer could assist if needed. The recommendation was dated 16 January 1991.
