The Labour Court rejected Maxol Limited’s case for relief from the second and third phases of the Programme for National Recovery pay increases for sales and administrative staff. It recommended that the company negotiate with the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union on reasonable proposals for when the outstanding phases should take effect.
