In 1987, the Labour Court made no recommendation on three issues in Mr. McLoughney's dispute with Cie: two reprimands, lost overtime and a suspension. The Court also did not recommend conceding his claims over direct bank payment of wages and one-person-operation buses. The Court noted that he was treated like other workers in similar circumstances over bank transfers, due to computer limitations. It accepted that he had been treated in accordance with Labour Court Recommendation No. 9901 on one-person operation. The recommendation was signed on 26 February 1987.
