The Workplace Relations Commission found two disputes brought by An Assistant Manager at A Homeless Charity not well founded. The recommendation was dated 29 January 2025. In one dispute, she said the charity’s CEO failed to investigate her text message grievance about a manager contacting her during sick leave. The officer accepted that the text raised an informal grievance and that the CEO did not investigate it as promised, but found she did not then raise a formal grievance. In the second dispute, she said she had not been paid for additional duties. The officer found that she did not raise a formal grievance or exhaust the charity’s process. Both disputes were found not well founded.
