A WRC adjudication officer recommended that a nurse sign an unamended CNM1 contract under a 2017 settlement, after which the employer should apply retrospective pay and pension adjustments. Thomas O'Driscoll dated the recommendation 28 November 2025. The nurse said the contract did not reflect her managerial duties and that the agreed regrading, arrears and pension adjustments had not been implemented. The health service provider said the contract was bespoke to her hybrid role and that it was ready to implement the settlement once she signed it without changes. The officer found the contract consistent with the agreement and said the delay in implementation primarily stemmed from the nurse not signing it. The settlement created a personal-to-holder CNM1 post.
