The recommendation was dated 30 January 2026. The worker said he applied for a warrants, summons and firearms officer role but was not invited to interview. Security Force said it abandoned the competition and distributed the duties among other staff. The adjudicator also recommended that the employer meet the worker within two weeks to discuss a renewed secondment.
