WRC recommends €3,500 after health service provider breached grievance procedure

A WRC adjudication officer upheld a worker’s complaint that a health service provider breached its grievance procedure and recommended €3,500 compensation. The recommendation was dated 24 July 2024. The catering attendant said she was not given a fair chance to move to a hospital vegetable line after an occupational health assessment led to a trial period.
