The Labour Court determined that Ruane Maintenance Service Limited's work fell within the Construction Industry Registered Employment Agreement and that Jozef Piksa, Tadeusz Boloz, Piotr Pierzchala and Wladyslaw Szabla were entitled to be paid as Grade C operatives for the duration of their employment. The decision was dated 15 June 2010. The workers' representative argued they qualified for Grade A pay. Ruane Maintenance, which was in liquidation, disputed the substantive submission. The Court determined that the workers' skills and experience entitled them to Grade C rates.
