Labour Court upholds dismissal of Rotunda Hospital safety complaint

The Labour Court upheld the dismissal of Siobhan McNally’s workplace safety complaint against Rotunda Hospital, finding it frivolous. The decision is dated 11 March 2025. The Court said the WRC received the complaint about 51 months after her employment ended, and an earlier decision setting that end date had not been appealed.
