By Saoirse Doyle

Labour Court ·

In 1994, the Labour Court found that a worker had reasonable cause for missing the time limit on her alleged constructive dismissal complaint. The decision was signed on 4 February 1994. The Court took account of the worker’s actions after her alleged dismissal and accepted her explanation for not lodging the complaint within the period set by section 26(4) of the Employment Equality Act 1977. The merits of the constructive dismissal allegation were not decided.
