The Labour Court disallowed Jack Conroy’s appeal against Atlantic Troy Limited and affirmed the adjudication officer’s decision. The determination was dated 6 August 2024. Conroy alleged disability discrimination, failure to provide reasonable accommodation and discriminatory dismissal. The Court found that he had not established facts from which disability discrimination could be inferred, and said he had not told the employer about a disability during his employment or sought accommodation.
