The Labour Court directed Paul Tully, trading as Tully’s Hotel, to pay Lorna Hession €1,000 under an earlier Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was dated 18 July 2016. Hession had referred a complaint that Tully had not implemented the decision. The Court found it had not been carried out and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
