The Labour Court determined that Glantrans International Carriers Ltd T/A Gicl must pay former employee Patrick Sheehan €1,301 after failing to carry out a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 19 February 2013. Sheehan referred the non-implementation complaint on 24 August 2012. The Court recorded that the earlier decision had not been carried out and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
