The Labour Court left a €600 award in place after Tomasz Kwiatkowski’s appeal failed because he did not attend the hearing. The determination was signed on 25 April 2012. The Rights Commissioner had found partly in his favour on a working-time complaint and awarded €600. The City Bin Company Ltd told the Court that it had paid the award by cheque and that the cheque had been cashed. The Court said the appeal failed for lack of prosecution; the merits were not decided.
