The Labour Court determined that Frank Conway, John Harty & Sheelagh Conway t/a The Peig Sayers Hotel Partnership and the Riverhouse Hotel must pay Szabolcs Horvath €1,500 under a Rights Commissioner's decision they had not implemented.
