The Labour Court upheld Pauline Mulvey’s award against Women’s Aid, finding no reasonable basis to interfere with the Rights Commissioner’s decision. Its determination was signed on 18 November 2010.
Mulvey had appealed but sought to have the decision affirmed. Women’s Aid argued that the award was excessive and should be reduced; it did not cross-appeal.
