The Labour Court directed Richie Lam Limited to pay Chee How Chew €14,759 under a Rights Commissioner’s decision the company had not implemented. The determination was dated 29 September 2010.
Chew complained to the Labour Court that Richie Lam Limited had failed to carry out Rights Commissioner decision r-073932-wt-09/EOS. The Court noted that the decision had not been carried out and that the company had not appealed it within the time limit.
The Court determined that the company must pay Chew €14,759 in accordance with the Rights Commissioner’s decision. The amount was payable under that earlier decision.
