The Labour Court determined that Corr’s Pharmacy Ratoath Limited must pay Karina Guinan €2,653.84 after it failed to implement a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 6 December 2005. Guinan complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The Court noted that no appeal had been brought against the Rights Commissioner decision within the time limit and determined that payment be made in accordance with it.
