The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Paul McNevin €1,750 compensation after upholding his complaint that Capital Logistics Ltd failed to pay overtime. In a decision dated 7 May 2026, the WRC found he was unpaid for about 122.5 hours of overtime across 28 weeks. McNevin said he was expected to work more than 60 hours a week. The company denied he was entitled to redress; its managing director could not explain the overtime shortfall, the adjudication officer found.
