In a decision dated 7 May 2026, the WRC found he was entitled to payment for leave accrued during his six-month employment. McNevin said he had taken no holidays and was not paid holiday pay when his employment ended. Capital Logistics Limited disputed that he was entitled to redress under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
