The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Biodun Ogunniyi’s complaint that Barclay Chemicals Manufacturing Limited discriminated against him by dismissing him. Adjudication Officer Eileen Campbell dated the decision 3 September 2026. Ogunniyi said he had not resigned; the company said he chose to leave after it set out a phased return to hybrid working. Campbell found that he resigned voluntarily and was neither expressly nor constructively dismissed. She also found he had not established a prima facie case of discrimination or identified a protected ground. No award was recorded.
