WRC rejects two nationality discrimination complaints by Alchemy Telco employee

The Workplace Relations Commission found Tomasz Orlinski was not discriminated against on either of two complaints against Alchemy Telco Solutions Ltd. The decision was dated 4 September 2026. Orlinski said he had taken on managerial duties but was paid less than two technicians of different nationalities. The adjudication officer found no evidence linking his pay concerns to his nationality; Orlinski had said he was guessing about that connection. The respondent was not asked to present its case before the officer made the decision.
