WRC rejects Ionut Niculae Nae’s protected-disclosure complaint

The WRC found Ionut Niculae Nae’s protected-disclosure complaint against Gourmet Food Market not well founded. It found that his grievance about a workplace dispute did not allege actual or possible unlawful wrongdoing covered by the Act. Nae said he raised concerns about a supervisor leaving a shift early and later discussed the matter with HR and his operational manager. The decision was dated 10 April 2026.
