The WRC found a child's complaint about alleged discrimination by a foreign regulatory agency was not well founded. The decision was dated 9 July 2026. The child's father made submissions on her behalf, alleging discrimination against her and her family. The agency said it certifies institutions against its standards but does not provide educational services in Ireland. The father confirmed that the school was the focus of the family's complaints and understood if the agency fell outside the Equal Status Acts. The adjudication officer found that the agency's role was outside the Acts.
