The Workplace Relations Commission found Nathan Purcell’s holiday-pay complaint against Air Force was not well-founded, with no award recorded. Adjudication Officer Pat Brady dated the decision 17 November 2025. Purcell alleged that three weeks’ wages and ten days of holiday pay remained owed after the company went into liquidation. He did not attend the hearing. The liquidator said it could not provide details of a grievance that predated its appointment and that unpaid wages and redundancy were being handled through the Department of Social Protection.
