The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Philip Davis to pay Rosie Cullen €960 in unpaid holiday pay and allowed her claim for a statutory redundancy lump sum from the Social Insurance Fund, subject to her having been in insurable employment during the relevant period. The decision was dated 2 December 2025. Cullen worked as a manager at Good Dog Training and Day Care until her employment ended on 24 December 2024. Davis, who traded as the business, accepted that the holiday pay was owed but said financial difficulties left him unable to pay; he also said he could not pay a redundancy lump sum.
