The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Wayne Murray €14,718 after finding Greystar Ireland Limited unfairly dismissed him. Adjudication Officer Breiffni O'Neill dated the decision 12 February 2026.
Murray said his employment ended after the company presented him with a termination agreement. Greystar conceded he was constructively and unfairly dismissed. His separate Employment Equality complaint was withdrawn.
