The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed two discrimination complaints against Sodexo Ireland ltd amended on consent as misconceived. The decision was dated 3 June 2026. Ewelina Rogatka brought the complaints on grounds of membership of the Travelling Community and described workplace disputes including overtime and work allocation. Sodexo denied discrimination and said the matters involved performance management. The adjudicator said Rogatka had not identified a protected ground or comparator and dismissed both complaints under section 77A(1).
