The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Aleena Starshine’s complaint against Craoibhin Community Enterprise Centre, finding no facts from which to infer gender discrimination. The respondent said her employment ended because she did not pass probation; Starshine said other staff followed the same child handover practice without being investigated and that she had not received the relevant policies. Adjudication Officer Niamh O'Carroll dated the decision 25 May 2026. The complaint failed and no award was recorded.
