The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Atroba Nadeem €2,195 after finding she was unfairly dismissed by Monika Farkasova T/A Allure Beauty Salon. The decision was dated 22 October 2025. Nadeem said she was dismissed when the salon closed to employees on 21 February 2025. Farkasova said it was a layoff and Nadeem was offered her job back. The adjudicator found the employment relationship had ended, but was not satisfied that Nadeem had demonstrated financial loss.
