The Workplace Relations Commission found Arumoy Saha’s complaint against Ocs (One Complete Solution Ltd) over unpaid annual leave not well-founded. The decision was dated 24 September 2025. Saha alleged he was owed payment for accrued leave relating to 2024 and January and February 2025. OCS said all outstanding monies had been paid and supplied payslips and evidence about its leave calculation. Saha did not attend the 1 September hearing, while OCS attended. The WRC said he had been properly notified and dismissed the complaint.
