The Workplace Relations Commission found that Maria Hangurbadzova’s complaint against Ladbrokes Coral Group was out of time and that it had no jurisdiction to hear it. The decision was dated 24 October 2025. Hangurbadzova alleged discrimination on race and Traveller Community grounds at a betting shop on 3 March 2024. She said she had sent an ES 1 Form on 1 May 2024 and was waiting for a response. The WRC received her complaint on 2 February 2025 and found that no reasonable cause had been established to extend the six-month limit.
