The Workplace Relations Commission declined jurisdiction over five complaints by Inese Vizule against Project Fashion Limited because they were lodged outside the statutory time limit. The decision was dated 2 May 2025, and no award was recorded. The complaints concerned Sunday work, breaks, a claimed change to monthly wage payment timing, alleged unequal pay and unfair dismissal after Vizule resigned. The WRC said the breaks complaint also cited legislation that did not apply. The procedural ruling did not decide the underlying allegations on their merits.
