The Workplace Relations Commission found both working-time complaints by Zaira Del Castillo against Telus International not well founded. Adjudication officer Gaye Cunningham dated the decision 12 March 2025. One complaint concerned alleged adverse treatment after Del Castillo could not attend proposed training on a scheduled day off. The WRC found the emails sought to establish her availability and discuss possible start dates, and that the job offer fell through when the client contract did not materialise. The other complaint disputed €101.84 gross in holiday pay; the WRC found she had been compensated for accrued leave exceeding the statutory maximum.
