The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Simone Woods’s unfair-dismissal complaint against Uber Ireland Center of Excellence Ltd. as out of time, finding it had no jurisdiction to hear it. Woods filed the complaint more than 12 months after her dismissal, beyond the statutory limit. The decision, dated 3 April 2025, said the substantive claim was addressed in a separate decision.
