The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Anthony Pickford’s unfair dismissal and employment equality complaints against Busy Kids Creche because they were lodged outside the maximum statutory time limit. Pickford said he resigned on 14 September 2022 and brought his complaints in August 2024. Busy Kids Creche argued they were out of time. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes found the complaints were lodged outside the maximum 12-month period. The decision was dated 15 January 2025.
