The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Sam Ali’s annual-leave complaint against Vector Workplace & Facility Management Ltd after he did not attend the hearing. The merits were not decided. Adjudication Officer Penelope McGrath dated the decision 14 January 2025. Ali had sought holiday pay under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997; the respondent attended and said it was defending the claim in full.
