The Workplace Relations Commission found Artur Allushi’s unfair dismissal and minimum notice complaints against Hurst Installations Limited not well founded. Adjudication Officer Brian Dolan dated the decision 9 December 2024. At the hearing, the parties agreed that Allushi was not employed by Hurst Installations Limited and that the correct respondent was named in parallel proceedings. The complaints in this case were not pursued.
