The WRC found Leo Hogan’s working-time complaint against Entegro not well-founded in a decision dated 9 September 2024. The complaint concerned an allegation that Hogan exceeded the maximum weekly working hours and was not paid for time spent travelling to work or roles. Entegro argued that the travel-time allegation was not actionable under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. At the hearing, Hogan’s representative accepted that position and did not pursue the complaint. The adjudication officer nevertheless formally found the complaint not well-founded. No award was recorded.
