WRC finds Hi - Veg Limited was not Mata's employer at dismissal

The Workplace Relations Commission found all 11 complaints by Bernardo Daniel Amador Mata against Hi - Veg Limited t/a Umi Falafel not well founded. The decision was dated 10 July 2025. The complaints concerned working time, wages, employment terms, notice and unfair dismissal.
