The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed David Juhasz’s complaint alleging prohibited conduct connected with membership of the Traveller community after he did not attend the hearing. Adjudication officer Brian Dalton dated the decision 18 November 2024. The Westbury attended and was ready to answer the allegation. The officer found Juhasz had been properly notified, but did not present his case. The dismissal followed his non-attendance; no monetary award was recorded.
