The Workplace Relations Commission rejected nurse Yvette Robinson’s complaints of penalisation after a protected disclosure, unpaid Critical Illness Protocol pay and disability discrimination, making no award. In a decision dated 23 January 2025, it found all three complaints not well founded. Robinson said the pay had been agreed; the HSE disputed this. The WRC noted that she did not take her internal grievance to stage two.
