WRC rejects constructive dismissal complaint against Khan Spices

The Workplace Relations Commission found Tasleem -Ur Rehman’s constructive unfair dismissal complaint against Khattak Limited T/7 Khan Spices not well-founded. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 29 May 2025. Rehman said the employer proposed paying part of his wages in cash and that he resigned; the respondent disputed his account. The officer found he had not established that he had no alternative but to resign. Rehman also acknowledged that his European Works Council complaint was referred in error.
