The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) decided six complaints by Vera Donovan against Fitzgerald Group T/A The Laurels were not well-founded in a decision dated 27 May 2025. Neither Donovan nor the respondent attended the hearing, and no postponement had been sought. The complaints concerned alleged breaches of unfair dismissal, equal status, employment equality, civil aviation occurrence reporting and property services laws. The adjudicator made no substantive findings on those allegations.
