Greene said workplace software showed he was owed 199.5 hours of leave, but the adjudication officer found his entitlement was seven days of annual leave and two public holidays. He said his annual salary was €24,300. The decision, dated 13 February 2024, upheld his complaint under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
