The Workplace Relations Commission found that Paulina Adamczak could not pursue her complaints against City Of Dublin Education & Training Board, after accepting the employer’s argument that she lacked standing. Adjudication officer Jim Dolan’s decision was dated 13 May 2025.

Adamczak had alleged race and disability discrimination in access to employment and victimisation, as well as complaints under the Part-Time Work Act and Fixed-Term Work Act. The WRC’s decision turned on standing, following her appointment to a Contract of Indefinite Duration effective 1 January 2023; it made no substantive finding on the discrimination or penalisation allegations. No monetary award was recorded.
