The Workplace Relations Commission found that Emma Rogers was not discriminated against under the Employment Equality Act in a decision dated 8 November 2023. Rogers brought the complaint against Dsw Homecare Services Ltd Bluebirdcare, alleging discrimination on the civil status ground. At the hearing, she said the complaint did not concern that ground. The adjudicator found she had not established facts from which discrimination could be inferred.
