The Workplace Relations Commission found Chris Ryan’s annual leave complaint against Bcm Global was not well founded. Ryan said he was owed pay for eight unused holiday days when his employment ended. Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne dated the decision 4 July 2024. She found Ryan had received his statutory holiday entitlement and had been paid for 2.1 untaken days in his final wages.
